Don't know for sure but it should work with every programm which supports .mat files (e.g. 3ds max).

wow, so amazing, so professorial, but i don't understand, why refraction on the paring material ??

The paring as the lemon's inside is translucent. Light is traveling through the paring and scatters underneath which causes this reddish gradient (good visisble on the picture above where both lemons touch each other. To make a material translucent in Vray you first need to make it refractive.
